• Delivery timelines: 4–7 business days depending on location.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in select pin codes with a nominal handling fee.

3. International Shipping

• Yes, we ship worldwide 🌍. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

• Delivery timelines: 7–15 business days.

• Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer.

• Once shipped, you will receive an email/WhatsApp update with a tracking number.

5. Delays

• While we work with trusted courier partners, KDS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, or courier issues beyond our control.
